Proteomics is a technique to rapidly identification of a large number of proteins in biofluids, tissues or any extracted solutions. Proteomics

can be used for biomarker study, mechanism elucidation, protein-drug interaction, bacterial identification, food adulteration, etc. 


技術原理

Proteins are digested into peptides. A sensitive nanoLC-MS/MS system is used to detect the complex peptides. The MS/MS datafiles are

searched against a protein database to identify proteins in the sample solution.  In a single run of nanoLC-MS/MS of cellextracts,

thousands of proteins can be identified.
